This Privacy Policy explains how CHANIVO handles personal information when you visit chanivo.com, join the Chanivo Studio early-access list, contact us, or otherwise interact with our website. CHANIVO operates from Australia. We handle personal information consistently with applicable Australian privacy law, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply.
1. Who is responsible for your information
CHANIVO is the operator of this website and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, complaints, or a copy of this policy in another accessible form, use our Contact page and select “Privacy or data request”.
2. Information we collect
- Early-access information: your email address, optional first name, optional channel stage, and the date and time you gave consent.
- Contact information: your name, email address, enquiry type, message, and related correspondence.
- Technical information: limited server and security information such as IP address, browser or device details, timestamps, requested pages, and diagnostic logs that may be processed automatically by WordPress, our hosting provider, or security and caching services.

We do not ask for sensitive information through the early-access or contact forms. Please do not include sensitive, financial, health, identity-document, or password information in a message to us.

We will action valid unsubscribe requests as required by Australian law.

We do not sell or rent personal information. 7. Hosting and overseas processing
The website and its WordPress database are hosted through Hostinger. Some technical service providers may operate or process information outside Australia.
